Refunds and Returns
We will give you a refund (shipping and handling is not refundable) only if the product is returned in a resale-able condition, and that they do not fall in the following categories:
- Plumbing Parts,
- Faucets (Including Three Way Mixers)
- Genuine Fridge Filters*
- Any products that are marked as special order or made to order.
Please Note: Special order products take anywhere from 3 - 20 business days to arrive to us. Once they arrive they will be shipped out immediately.
Refund must be requested within 7 days of purchase, and proper return authorisation must be obtained. Refund will only be issued after we received the goods and verified their conditions. Once a refund has been processed by us it can take anywhere between 1-10 days to receive depending on your banks policy.

Change of mind, Incorrectly ordered and special order/made to order, chilled/boiling & water cooler products are subject to a 25% re stocking fee, please contact us for more information.
*We source our genuine branded fridge filters from our supplier in the USA, Once you place your order we allocate stock immediately and therefore we can not cancel these orders. We will do our best to give the most accurate ETA's and keep you informed.
Cancellations & Amendments
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or make any amendments to an online order after it has been placed. Our system is designed to send orders to our warehouse immediately to allocate stock and order anything that is not in stock or required to be ordered in.
Amendments may include but are not limited to:
- Change of delivery address
- Adding or removing items
- Applying discounts or Rewards
- Full order cancellations
