Availability of Products
All products on our website are supplied subject to availability as we dont keep live stock levels. 90% of products are in stock and ship out within 48 hours. We will use our best endeavors to supply you with the product ordered in a reasonable time frame, On occasion however, goods that are displayed on our website may not be available and If this occurs, we will contact you and offer you a part dispatch for the balance of your order that is available or issue you with a refund or credit note for that part of the order that cannot be supplied. Items marked Low Stock* may not be available at the time of your order.
Processing & Shipping
Note: Due to delays with most carriers which are now up to 5 business days, orders shipped after Monday 14th may not arrive before Christmas.
Free shipping only applies to orders shipped within Australia.
Our warehouse currently has a 7-15 business day processing time on some products which is due to high volumes and backlogs. If your order is urgent please contact us via live chat.
Orders are processed within 1-15 business days but usually much quicker. Special orders and Made to order products including all water coolers, countertop, under-sink and whole house systems will be processed and dispatched once they are made available. We ship anywhere in the world. For Australia we use Australia Post, Couriers and internationally via Australia Post or SEKO.
Approximate delivery times (excluding processing times) for Australia is 1-10 business days depending on location and 7-20 business days for international locations.
Shipping includes handling and all packaging to ensure your items arrive safely.
Customers are responsible for any freight charges incurred by refused or unclaimed shipments.
