All orders are submitted via the secure site using high grade 256-bit Extended Validation SSL. If you are having problems ordering please contact us.

Payment can be made by:


1. Visa & Mastercard (No Surcharge)


2. Direct deposit via Commonwealth (Payment must be confirmed before item is released)


Availability of Products


All products on our website are supplied subject to availability as we dont keep live stock levels. 90% of products are in stock and ship out within 48 hours. We will use our best endeavours to supply you with the product ordered in a reasonable time frame, On occasion however, goods that are displayed on our website may not be available and If this occurs, we will contact you and offer you a part dispatch for the balance of your order that is available or issue you with a refund or credit note for that part of the order that cannot be supplied. Items marked Low Stock may not be available at the time of your order.


Processing & Shipping


Our warehouse currently has an up to 10 business day processing time on some products which is due to high volumes and backlogs.


Orders are processed within 1-10 business days but usually much quicker. Special orders and Made to order products including all water coolers will be processed and dispatched once they are made available. We ship anywhere in the world. For Australia we use Australia Post, Couriers and internationally via Australia Post or DHL.


(Shipping price will be given in checkout. International orders may incur additional charges included in the quoted price during checkout.)


Approximate delivery times for Australia is 1-10 business days depending on location and 7-20 business days for international locations.


Shipping includes handling and all packaging to ensure your items arrive safely.


Customers are responsible for any freight charges incurred by refused or unclaimed shipments.

Note choosing express post as a shipping option does not expedite the processing times.


Warranty


All items include a manufacturers warranty as specified on that particular product description. We will only replace defective goods, and proper return authorisation must be obtained.

Refunds and Returns


We will give you a refund (shipping and handling is not refundable) only if the product is returned (at your cost - please insure the parcel) in a resaleable condition, and that they do not fall in the following categories:


- Plumbing,


- Accessories,


- Faucets (Including Three Way Mixers)


- Genuine Fridge Filters*


Any products that are marked as special order or made to order.


Please Note: Special order products take anywhere from 3 - 20 business days to arrive to us. Once they arrive they will be shipped out immediately.


Refund must be requested within 7 days of purchase, and proper return authorisation must be obtained. Refund will only be issued after we received the goods and verified their conditions.


Change of mind, Incorrectly ordered and special order/made to order, chilled/boiling & water cooler products are subject to a 25% re stocking fee, please contact us for more information.


*We source our genuine branded fridge filters from our supplier in the USA, Once you place your order we allocate stock immediately and therefore we can not cancel these orders. We will do our best to give the most accurate ETA's and keep you informed.


Cancellations & Amendments


Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or make any amendments to an online order after it has been placed.


Our system is designed to send orders to our warehouse immediately to allocate stock and order anything that is not in stock or required to be ordered in.


Amendments may include but are not limited to:


- Change of delivery address

- Adding or removing items

- Applying discounts or Rewards

- Full order cancellations
