International Payment's
Please note for international orders we may process a random amount of less than $1.00 to your nominated credit card to verify the card holder. We will send you an email advising that this has been done and we ask that you reply with the random amount from "Tru Water Filters." Once we have verified the amount we will process the transaction.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 1-10 business days but usually much quicker. Special orders and Made to order products will be processed and dispatched once they are made available. We ship anywhere in the world. For Australia we use Australia Post and Courier Service and internationally via Australia Post Air Mail (Shipping price will be given in checkout. International orders may incur additional charges included in the quoted price during checkout.)
Approximate delivery times for Australia is 1-10 business days depending on location and 7-20 business days for international locations.
Shipping includes handling and all packaging to ensure your items arrive safely.

Warranty
All items include a manacfacturers warranty as specified on that particular product description. We will only replace defective goods, and proper return authorisation must be obtained.

Refunds and Returns
We will give you a refund (shipping and handling is not refundable) only if the product is returned (at your cost - please insure the parcel) in a resaleable condition, and that they do not fall in the following categories:
*Plumbing,
*Accessories,
*Faucets (Including Three Way Mixers)
*Any products that are marked as special order or made to order.
Note: Special order products take anywhere from 3 - 15 business days to arrive to us. Once they arrive they will be shipped out immediately.
Refund must be requested within 7 days of purchase, and proper return authorisation must be obtained. Refund will only be issued after we received the goods and verified their conditions.
